We do not track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for targeted advertising or advertising measurement. We process your information for the purposes described in this policy.

When you select a file or image for reading, Tonify processes the content to extract text, adjust its reading layout, and generate audio.

When cloud processing is needed, relevant content is transmitted through encrypted connections to the systems providing those services. To fulfill your request, we may use service providers that offer text recognition, speech generation, or storage services.

Files and images may contain personal or confidential information. Please ensure that you have the right to submit the content. We do not use this content for facial recognition or provide it to advertisers.

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless retention is required by law.

When determining retention periods, we consider the need to provide services, maintain accounts, administer subscriptions and credit records, resolve issues, and fulfill legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

We share relevant information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers that assist with text recognition, speech generation, data storage, and other necessary support, limited to the information needed to provide those services.

Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. Weekly and annual subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple Account settings.

This App is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. We use anonymous login and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
